Support & AMC

A line that is live needs a number that answers.

Support under the annual maintenance contract is remote first and on site when it has to be. This is the path a problem takes.

The fix path

From "something is wrong" to "it is fixed"

1

Report

WhatsApp or phone to the support number, with the screen or the station name.

2

Remote look

The engineer opens the plant server through the approved path and looks at the logs and the screen you see.

3

Fix or workaround

Most issues end here — a setting, a mapping, a release. If a station cannot work, a workaround keeps the line moving.

4

On site

When hardware, cabling or a machine interface needs hands, an engineer comes to the plant.

5

Closed

You get what was wrong, what was done and what changed — in writing.

What the AMC covers

  • Remote support on working days, with the response path agreed in the contract
  • Fixes to the modules you licence
  • Updates and the health checks around them
  • On-site visits when a fix needs hands
  • A review of the plant's use of MOS with your team

What is quoted separately

  • New modules and new stations
  • Custom work beyond the modules, in man-days
  • Hardware replacement, at cost
  • Changes caused by a new machine, bench or ERP on the plant side
Request a POC

See it on your own machine.

Tell us about your plant and what you want to see. We visit, connect one machine or station, and you watch your own data in MOS before anything is quoted.

  • A plant visit to see the line and the problem
  • One machine or station connected as a proof of concept
  • Your own data, live, on MOS screens
  • Scope, modules and timeline agreed in writing only after that
Thank you — request received. We will call you shortly to plan the visit.
