MOS / Pricing
How MOS is priced

Priced in the open.

No figure on this page is a surprise later: the quotation carries exactly these parts, with the numbers for your plant.

01

Proof of concept

Before anything is quoted

A plant visit and one machine or station connected. You watch your own data in MOS. Nothing is quoted until you have seen it.

02

Yearly licence

Per plant, per year

Covers every module you use at that plant, updates, support under AMC and new modules as they are released. Users are not counted.

03

One-time integration

Per machine, station or gate

Connecting your machines, benches, scanners and cameras; modelling your line, stations, rules and reports; training your people.

04

Hardware at cost

Only what the plant does not have

Gateway, plant server or your own VM, meters, scanners, cameras, RFID readers, GPU machine for the AI modules — itemised, at cost.

05

Man-days

For custom work

Anything built for your plant beyond the modules is quoted in man-days, with the people and the days stated.

06

AMC

Yearly, after go-live

Remote support, on-site visits when needed, fixes and updates. See Support & AMC for what a fix looks like.

What is never charged for

  • Users, roles and logins — add as many as the plant needs
  • Reports and dashboards inside the modules you licence
  • The proof of concept
  • Your own data leaving MOS when you ask for it

What moves the price

  • Number of machines, stations and gates to connect
  • Modules licensed at the plant
  • Hardware the plant does not already have
  • Custom work beyond the modules, in man-days
Questions

Asked about the price

Is the licence per user?

No. Per plant, per year. Operators, supervisors, maintenance and management all sign in under the same licence.

Do we pay for modules we do not use?

No. The licence lists the modules at the plant; add the next one when you are ready.

Is the POC chargeable?

No. It is how both sides see whether MOS fits before a quotation is written.

Can we start with one machine?

Yes — that is how every MOS plant started. One machine, then the line, then the plant.

What if we want something that is not a module?

It is quoted in man-days and built on the same platform. When it is done it becomes a module, and the next plant gets it.

Request a POC

See it on your own machine.

Tell us about your plant and what you want to see. We visit, connect one machine or station, and you watch your own data in MOS before anything is quoted.

  • A plant visit to see the line and the problem
  • One machine or station connected as a proof of concept
  • Your own data, live, on MOS screens
  • Scope, modules and timeline agreed in writing only after that
Thank you — request received. We will call you shortly to plan the visit.
