People in vehicle zones and missing PPE — flagged as it happens.

The cameras the plant already has watch the forklift lanes, gangways and PPE zones. A person stepping into a vehicle lane, or working without helmet or vest where the zone requires them, is flagged to the area in-charge with the picture, and the event is recorded with the time it took to clear — on the same escalation path as the hydrant watch.
A person steps into the forklift lane, a worker without a helmet in a PPE zone — seen by nobody, recorded nowhere.
“Zones drawn once on existing cameras; a person in a vehicle lane or without helmet/vest is flagged with the picture and escalated on the same path as the hydrant watch.”
Drawn, not promised: the top row is a safety rule on the wall and a crossing nobody saw. The bottom row is the camera flagging a person in the vehicle zone or missing PPE as it happens, with the event on record.

Not a standalone tool — a product on the MOS platform, sharing one login, one set of people and roles, and one database with every other module. The lit layers are the ones this product uses; the signal path shows how data moves through them.
The honest map, drawn as one thread. Filled nodes are in the product today; outlined nodes are other MOS modules on the same platform; dotted nodes are roadmap and never represented as available until built. Hover a node.
Each card ends with the thing itself as it appears in MOS — not a description of it.
Step through it or let it play. Each step: who does it, on what, what is captured, and the check that guards it.
Forklift lanes, gangways and PPE zones are drawn once on each camera view.
A person in a vehicle zone, or without helmet or vest in a PPE zone, is detected and the frame marked.
The area in-charge gets the picture at once.
Level by level, up to WhatsApp, until acknowledged.
The situation is cleared; time to clear is recorded.
Events by zone, repeat spots and PPE compliance in the weekly review.
| Your ERP / Tally typically gives | Gangway & PPE Watch adds |
|---|---|
| A near-miss nobody saw | An event with the picture, at once |
| PPE checked at the gate | PPE checked in the zone where it matters |
| Lanes marked on the floor only | Lanes watched by the camera |
| No record | Events by zone with time to clear |

Person identification — not by default; not represented as available.
Capabilities depend on the plant's process and what is connected at site. Nothing on this page is represented as available until it is built and running.

Not by default. It flags the event with the picture; who it was is for the area in-charge. Operator verification is a separate module, used only at critical stages.
With the plant's normal lighting on the lanes, yes; dark corners need a camera with night mode.
Zones are tuned in the first week with the safety officer; the escalation path is the same one used for hydrants in production.
The path to every hydrant stays clear — and someone always knows when it is not.
