By accessing or using DRP-OS ("the Service"), operated by Digiryze Pro LLP ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DRP-OS provides clinic, gym, and related business management software on a subscription and pay-as-you-go basis. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time basis as selected. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.
All software, branding, and content provided through the Service remain the property of Digiryze Pro LLP or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiryze Pro LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Digiryze Pro LLP is registered.
