This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases made for DRP-OS, operated by Digiryze Pro LLP.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests for the most recent payment may be considered within 7 days of the charge, provided the Service has not been substantially used. Pay-as-you-go usage charges already consumed are non-refundable.
One-time or lifetime purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used. After this period, such purchases are non-refundable.
Setup fees, third-party messaging costs (such as WhatsApp/SMS), and charges for services already delivered are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
