Every connection between your browser or app and DRP-OS is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption, the same standard used by banks and payment networks. This means information moving between your device and our servers — patient records, prescriptions, login details — is scrambled so it cannot be read in transit. Data stored on our servers sits behind authenticated, access-controlled systems.
DRP-OS is multi-tenant, which means many clinics use the same platform — but your clinic's data is logically separated from every other clinic's. Every record is tied to your clinic's unique account, and the system enforces that boundary on every single request. One clinic can never see, search, or access another clinic's patients, prescriptions, or files.
You decide who on your team can see and do what. DRP-OS supports distinct roles — owner, doctor, and staff — so a receptionist doesn't need access to everything a doctor does. Access is checked on every action, not just at login, so permissions are always enforced.
Your data is hosted on professionally managed infrastructure with regular automated backups, so your records are protected against accidental loss. We monitor the platform to keep it available when your clinic needs it.
